How soon can you ship my product?
During the height of the season, this is by far our number one frequently asked question. We totally understand that once you have made the decision on what model to buy, you want it shipped as soon as possible. Most products are shipped within 24 hours of order from various warehouses throughout the United States. Can I track the status of my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
How do you ship?
The manufacturer ships products using FedEx with a signature required due to the cost of the robotic pool cleaners.
Can you ship outside the United States?
Sorry, we do not ship outside the 48 Continental United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping? I need it yesterday!
Sorry, we do not offer expedited (such as overnight) delivery services due to cost and the lack of guaranteed delivery timeframes.
Do you collect sales tax?
New Jersey sales tax will be collected on all products shipped to a New Jersey address.
